Silent stories

I love looking at this quilt on our bed. If you look closely at it, it would tell silent stories.
That blue sunflower block used to be part of Only's summer dress when she was a tot. Just remembering that makes me smile.

See the bright multi colored there at the lower left? It used to be a clown costume that Oldest wore as a tot. I can see his red painted nose and the giggle on his lips.

The red print on the upper right? It used to be a skirt worn by the beautiful woman, my mother-in-law, who made this quilt for us a few years ago.
